About Me

This blog is to motivate people to walk more.  It involves a plan that makes walking interesting and enjoyable even when you’re just walking around the same streets in your neighbourhood over and over again.

I’m a 64 year old grandmother.  I like to walk in my neighbourhood, but sometimes I need a little extra inspiration.  I came across this method.  The important thing is to keep it fun and safe.  I often take my dog with me on these walks, which I would not be able to do if I was really walking long-distance.  But then there are many things I would not be able to do if I was walking long distances.
