I recently read somewhere that if you walk two miles a day you can lose eight pounds in a year, but I don’t think that will happen if you think you can eat more because you are walking. Besides this half hour walk in the neighbourhood I walked in a mall this morning for probably at least a half hour but I don’t want to tell you how much I ate today!
On my virtual walk I am still about three hours away from my destination in South Elgin.
