Today Tico and I walked part of the way as Malik walked home from school. It was a short walk and probably not the most relaxing place to walk. We crossed over (on a bridge) a very busy highway.
However, even in the midst of city busy-ness I was surprised at the beautiful rural-looking photos I was able to take of places just beside that busy highway.
Anyway, I am now virtually walking in Illinois. I have walked from Genoa City, WI to E. Tryon Grove Rd. and Keystone Rd. in northern Illinois. Only about 11 hours from Elgin, Illinois where we now have four grandchildren.
